CNC Setter Operators
We are seeking to recruit experienced CNC machine operators to work on a range of CNC machine tools which could include our newly installed high volume rotary transfer machines.
The setter operators will be responsible for the efficient operation and setting
of machine(s), including maximising cycle times and maintaining quality of product to meet the production plan.
Applicants should be time served/apprentice trained machinists with experience of CNC machining gained in a high volume, world class-production environment where achieving targets and maintaining high quality and housekeeping standards are the norm.

GRADUATE - ROTARY POWER LIMITED
Rotary Power are now looking to recruit a graduate engineer for their Design Engineering Department.
Main activities will include developing design solutions based on technical and commercial specifications for new and existing products and applications. SENIOR PRODUCTION ENGINEER - CMP
A vacancy had arisen for a Senior Production Engineer to work in the CNC Department of CMP Division, based in Cramlington, Northumberland
The post, which will report to the Manufacturing Manager, will have the primary function to provide leadership in production engineering that supports the efficient utilisation of machine tools and equipment to maintain a cost effective production process.
Responsibilities will include monitoring and reviewing existing production methods, drive through changes, developments and improvements so as to optimise production activities and ensure that requirements relating to manufacturing layouts, CNC programmes, tooling & fixtures are met. In addition the jobholder will liase with design and quality assurance to ensure cost effective design & product development and compliance with policies and procedures.
Applicants should be educated to HNC/Degree level and possess experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment combined with extensive knowledge of machine operations and tooling. The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive, innovative and motivated approach to their work combined with an organised and systematic method of working. Strong people management, IT and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work with integrated business management systems and associated processes.

Production Engineer - Rotary Power Division
The role will have the primary function to provide the production engineering requirements to support the efficient utilisation of the machine tools and maintain cost effective production.
Responsibilities include ensuring manufacturing layouts for each component are available, ensuring CNC machine programmes are available to meet manufacturing needs and that tooling is designed and available to meet production requirements. The successful candidate will be required to liaise with the design department to simplify manufacturing and also ensure that quality assurance procedures are being worked to.

Senior Project Engineer - BEL Valves
The role will involve ensuring that the customer and BEL Valves Project engineering requirements are identified, communicated, and applied as necessary. This will involve appraisal of customer order packages, the compilation of designs, procedures and documentation to meet the needs of our customers.
Key role and responsibilities;
- Provides a local focal point for all delegated Project Engineering matters and to act as the Senior Engineer to specific projects assigned.
- Prepare and issue for use, Project designs and documentation, which meet the expectations and needs of the Project and the overall business operational and quality needs.
- Liaise with Customer and Third Party representatives in pursuance of and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Review bid documents and specifications with a view to identifying core engineering activities and requirements.
- Assist in the maintenance and revision as required, of our processes and procedures relating to Quality Assurance.
- As necessary, perform other duties, requiring the same level of skill & responsibility.
- Seek, introduce and adopt best practise solutions within our Business activities.

Academically qualified to degree level in a Mechanical engineering discipline, or alternatively demonstrated through career experience and qualifications.
The successful candidate will need to be proficient in 3D modelling applications and experience of creating Bills of Material (BOM). Knowledge of industry standards such as ASME VIII/ API and valve standards, pressure vessel design, manufacturing experience, design, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) / ANSYS non liner FEA is desirable.
