- CAM Machine Tool Programming via Computer direct to

- CNC Machine Tools.

- Continuous New Product / Research and Development Programme.

- Group Laboratory and Material Testing and Control.

- Group Quality Assurance Policy.

- Computerised System to predict the Solidification Characteristics of Castings.

- Comprehensive in house IT department.

- In excess of 200 Machine Tools, including over 100 CNC. Machine Tools.

- Machine Tool capacities: - 2in. bar up to 50in. cube (20 tons) both horizontal and vertical.

- Extensive Assembly and Testing areas including pressure testing up to 100,000 lbs/sq in.    Welding, Fabrication and HVC Carbide Coating.

- Lifting up to 50 tons by gantry overhead cranes.
