The overriding philosophy within the group is one of

stringent quality assurance procedures are adopted throughout
the BEL Group.
As a minimum all Divisions operate at or above recognised
industry standards, and are Investors in People accredited.
A Modern Apprentice Training to NVQ standards combined
with the group DBA and MBA training programs, ensures
a highly trained and motivated workforce.
