Today BEL Foundry offers ferrous and non-ferrous castings in low to medium volumes with a significant amount of its output being stainless and high alloy, high integrity castings for the valve industry.
In addition to the general production facilities BEL Foundry has a modern laboratory containing spectrographic analysis, mechanical testing and metallographic examination. Complementing this BEL Foundry uses software to predict material solidification and has a well equipped pattern shop. These facilities are all geared to producing the right first time‚ castings on a short lead-time.
Through these integrated resources the division can offer specialist low volume product which can complement an existing supply chain already serving the high volume requirements of a customer.
